TERRY Simmons is a recognized thought-leader in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Human Resources for organizations desiring to create and maintain highly engaged, innovative and inclusive global and diverse workforces. Terry is the founder and former CEO of Simmons Associates, Inc., a firm that provided consultation and training services to Fortune 100 companies for 25 years. As a result of mergers, Terry became a Partner with Global Novations and an independent Executive Consultant for Korn Ferry.

Mr. Simmons’ has made a series of innovative contributions to the field of Diversity and Inclusion and advanced the state-of-the-art by developing VectorsÔ, Wall AnalysisÔ, Diversity 360Ô, The Diversity Guru™, OneTeam™ and CAVA™: The Culture And Values Advisor. He is highly-regarded as a coach and facilitator for executive teams and has worked in this capacity for Accenture, BBD&O New York, Edward Jones, The Economist, Interpublic Group, Johnson & Johnson, MasterCard Worldwide, Merck & Co, Inc., Pepsico, Satchi & Satchi, The Vanguard Group and many other outstanding organizations. His areas of focus also include Executive and Leadership Strategies, Selection Systems Planning, Behavior-based Selection Interviewing, Performance Management, Employee Development and Succession Planning. He has designed and conducted in-depth employee opinion surveys that measure organizations’ progress in Diversity and Inclusion for more than fifty companies.

Terry’s recent activities span the U.S., the U. K. and much of Europe. He currently provides consultation as an Executive Consultant for Korn Ferry and his newly founded firm, OneTeam Consultants. He is an external presenter for Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and is the designer and facilitator for Cornell’s Advanced Diversity Strategies program for senior-level Diversity practitioners. Mr. Simmons holds a degree in Management and Industrial Relations from New York University. He is a Certified Executive Coach and has completed additional professional training in Organization Development at Princeton University and Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell.
