In recent years, the Human Resources function has taken on an increasingly central role in helping to navigate emerging challenges, adapt to the changing world of work, and support organizational transformation. As the role of HR becomes more expansive and complex, it is important to evaluate whether our HR capability building efforts are keeping pace.

In this CAHRScast, CAHRS Academic Director Brad Bell and CAHRS Executive Director Beth Flynn-Ferry will share insights on which HR capabilities are currently being prioritized and examine the strategies and approaches that companies are using to build them.
