A recent CAHRS survey found that identifying and building workforce capability was one of the top-of-mind issues for HR leaders heading into 2022. In this webcast, CAHRS Academic Director and William J. Conaty Professor Brad Bell will share key takeaways from recent CAHRS working groups aimed at understanding the trends, challenges, and opportunities surrounding companies capability building efforts. Specific topics that will be covered include how companies are rethinking their leadership development and succession planning activities, as well as how companies are using upskilling and reskilling to help their employees adapt and assume new roles. There will be an opportunity for attendees to submit questions and share their own experiences.
