In this webcast, CAHRS research assistants Skyler Hill, Mia Michaelides, and Naomi Samuel will present the results of their spring benchmarking project that examined the connections between the employee value proposition and benefits. They will share how companies are leveraging benefits to shape their EVP, segmenting benefits across different employee groups, communicating benefits information to employees, and tracking the impact of their benefits. In addition, they will examine what the future may hold in terms of new benefit offerings that are on the horizon. There will be an opportunity for attendees to share their own experiences and ask questions during the webcast.
