Hybrid Work is Here to Stay – but Have Managers Caught up?

ABC Radio National recently hosted a conversation on "This Working Life" with CAHRS Academic Director and William J. Conaty Professor of Strategic Human Resources Brad Bell about the topic of hybrid work.

He goes on to explain the importance of building a team identity and purpose. In the virtual environment, it's imperative for leaders to set a clear structure for the team to lead within.
