The CCRPS Team
Cornell Criminal Records Panel Study (CCRPS), conducted by the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) at Cornell University, is a study that will survey a sample of Americans over time about their employment and income, as well as their health, family, and community life. CCRPS will provide important information about the challenges faced by people with criminal records.

Dr. Martin T. Wells is the Charles A. Alexander Professor of Statistical Sciences, Professor and Chair of the Department of Statistics, Professor of Social Statistics at Cornell, Professor of Clinical Epidemiology and Health Services Research at Weill Medical School, an Elected Member of the Cornell Law School Faculty, as well as the Director of Research at the ILR School and SRI Faculty Director.

Dr. Erin York Cornwell, Associate Professor of Sociology and Sesquicentennial Faculty Fellow at Cornell’s College of Arts & Sciences, provides expertise in de-signing, fielding, and analyzing social surveys.

Esta Bigler, Esq., is Director of Cornell University ILR’s Labor and Employment Law Program and Director of ILR's NYC Government and Community Relations.

Dr. Hassan Enayati is Assistant Executive Director of the Institute for Compensation Studies and ILR Extension Faculty member in both the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability and the Institute for Compensation Studies.

Dr. Erica Groshen is a Senior Extension Faculty member at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Research Fellow at the Upjohn Institute for Employment Research.

Dr. Linda Barrington is an economic historian, Associate Dean of Strategy and Societal Impact for the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University, and Executive Director of ILR’s Institute for Compensation Studies.

Dr. Lars Vilhuber is an economist with expertise in working with highly detailed longitudinally linked data to analyze various dynamics of labor markets. He also has an active research agenda in disclosure limitation techniques and extensive expertise on the creation and maintenance of data systems designed with analysis, publication, replicability, and code maintenance in mind.

Bruce Levitt is a Professor in the Department of Theatre, Film, and Dance at Cornell University. Previous to assuming the Chair of the Department at Cornell, Levitt headed the MFA programs in Acting and Directing at the Universities of Iowa and Columbia University.

Timothy McNutt, as Director of Cornell ILR’s Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative, uses his extensive background in criminal law, litigation, and policy to assist people with
