Timothy McNutt, Director of the Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative at the ILR School, Matthew Saleh, Director of Research, and Jodi Anderson Jr., a former student of the Cornell Prison Education Program, presented at the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law virtual seminar series entitled “Dialogues on Equality and Crime in the Justice System”. The CJEI team addressed issues surrounding criminal records, third-party background checks and employment discrimination.
