CJEI Presentation for Cornell’s Prison Reform and Education Project

Timothy McNutt, Director of the Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative at Cornell ILR, partnered with Cornell’sPrison Reform and Education Project (PREP) in November 2022 to deliver a presentation on the topic of  justice-impacted access to work. PREP’s mission is to educate the Cornell community about the American criminal legal system and engage in service and advocacy for the incarcerated and formerly incarcerated. Timothy McNutt’s work  focuses on the use of criminal records as a screening device for employment and the collateral consequences of justice-involvement.
