Thematic Course Clusters

The below lists are meant to be helpful to ILR undergraduate students as they organize their elective course plans beyond the required labor history, quantitative policy and international and comparative labor electives. Thematic clusters are intended to assist students in identifying courses of interest around various ILR curricular themes. These are suggestions, not requirements. Students do not need to formally declare their pursuit of a cluster, and clusters are not listed on transcripts. However, students can discuss opportunities to leverage these clusters through conversations with advisors in the ILR Office of Student Services, ILR Office of Career Services, and faculty contacts listed below.
