Overview
Dan has run the Cornell ILR School’s LR Professional Programs since 2011. He has taught 1000s of professionals from 100s of organizations on how to align labor strategy with organizational goals and effectively bargain and manage in a union environment. Prior to joining Cornell ILR, Dan was a Director of Labor Relations and municipal attorney serving as first chair in multi-stakeholder negotiations and litigation, collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation and fact-finding; trained and mentored legal and labor staff and front line supervisors and managers.
