Jennifer Pawlewicz brings over 2 decades of employer relations experience to her role as Business Outreach Specialist within the Yang-Tan Institute. Her areas of focus include employer best practices to recruit, hire, retain, and advance employees with disabilities, and accessible and inclusive workplace cultures.
Jennifer supports the USDOL-ODEP funded Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion/EARN grant as well as the Workforce Recruitment Program that connects employers with highly motivated postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities.
