Chad Rink

Chad Rink is a third-generation Iron Worker who began his career in 1994 in Youngstown, Ohio. Throughout his career, Chad has served in various roles, including journeyman, foreman, general foreman, and apprentice instructor. In 2007, he transitioned into a role as an organizer. Currently, Chad serves as the Assistant to the General President of the Iron Workers International Union, overseeing all organizing activities, negotiating first contracts in the U.S., and managing a national local dedicated to ensuring an adequate workforce of Iron Workers on projects across the country.
