Star Kim
Star Kim is an undergraduate student at Cornell University with a strong interest in prison reform and corporate governance. She currently serves as a Research Assistant at the SMU Dedman School of Law, where she contributes to projects analyzing the sale process of publicly traded companies and the intersection of fiduciary duties and transactional deal terms. Star also works with the Women & Justice Collection at Cornell Law School, a global database of gender-related legal resources. In this role, she prepares case summaries for publication, either by editing content provided by pro bono law firm partners or through independent research.
