Hassan Enayati

Dr. Hassan Enayati (Co-Organizer) is Assistant Executive Director of the Institute for Compensation Studies and ILR Extension Faculty member in both the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability and the Institute for Compensation Studies. He is a labor economist with special expertise in applied econometrics, focusing on identifying pathways to eliminate barriers to equality. He served as Research Director for a federally-funded $33.5 M randomized-control trial, NYS PROMISE, which aimed to improve the well-being of youth with disabilities, who were predominantly BIPOC, receiving Supplemental Security Income by engaging them in work-based opportunities and related services as they transition from high school to post-secondary lives within their communities.
