Larry S. Williams

Operations and Policy Analyst 2, ODOT-BOLI Workforce Development Program

Larry S. Williams has a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has worked at the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) for 25 years. Since 2010, Larry has managed a program to increase diversity and improve retention in the highway construction trades that functions as a partnership between the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and BOLI. Larry lives in Gresham, Oregon with his wife Hilda (who owns and manages Lebanese restaurants started by her parents) and 4 kids – Nicholas, Patty, Sophia, and Alexander – who keep him young and active.
