Martine Sadarangani Gordon

Senior Advisor, Administration for Children of Families

Martine Sadarangani Gordon is Senior Advisor for Early Childhood Development at the Administration for Children of Families where she supports the leadership of early care and education across multiple federal programs. Prior to joining the Biden-Harris Administration, Martine was Vice President of Programs at Washington Area Women’s Foundation were she oversaw investments and community engagement directly impacting women, girls and gender non-binary people of color in the Washington, DC metropolitan region, including leading the Washington Regional Early Care and Education Workforce Network to advance the early childhood workforce across Wasington, DC and jurisdictions in Maryland and Virginia. During her career, Martine has also lead efforts to better integrate early childhood development and education into public school systems, and has worked to advance systems collaboration across early health and early education at the state and local levels.

Martine earned her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut. She residents in Washington, DC and while her two children keep her very busy, in the event she finds herself with free time, she likes to spend it with a hot cup of tea and a good book.
