Nancy Luc

Nancy is a native of Boston and a first generation Haitian-American. She credits much of her grit and determination to her parents and her upbringing. Often described as a mission driven problem solver passionate about the community, Nancy has garnered praise and attention for her work winning both national and local awards in leadership and community development.

Currently, Nancy is working on wealth disparities in communities of color by creatively investing in real estate and in high-potential founders who are of color, women, and/or LGBT. Her aim is to create an environment that fosters innovation, collaboration and growth to support businesses and communities reach their full potential. Her belief is by giving underrepresented founders access to a network, resources, and capital they will grow both their business and the community exponentially.
