Kelsey Berkowitz

Senior Manager, Results for America's Local Practice

Kelsey Berkowitz is a Senior Manager with Results for America’s Local Practice, working with state and local governments to help them use their American Rescue Plan and infrastructure funding to promote job quality and equity. Prior to joining Results for America, Kelsey worked at New America’s Center on Education & Labor where she did research at the intersection of worker power, job quality, and workforce development policy. Previously, Kelsey worked as a Senior Policy Analyst for Third Way’s Economic Program, where she researched and developed policy proposals related to apprenticeship and broadband expansion. Earlier in her career, Kelsey monitored and researched federal legislation related to workforce development, infrastructure, and appropriations, and provided guidance to local governments on federal advocacy efforts. Kelsey holds an MPP from Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
