Maggie Drouineaud

Maggie Drouineaud has been the Director of Compliance, for the University of Massachusetts Building Authority (UMBA) for the past seven years.  She has been responsible for establishing compliance standards, helping to ensure these standards are communicated and institutionalized across the University of Massachusetts Building Authority, and for monitoring compliance on all construction projects on the University of Massachusetts Campuses.  Maggie understands the importance of working with General Contractors, Subcontractors and stakeholders to build relationships so people are willing to work together more efficiently towards meeting the workforce compliance goals.  Among her achievements, compliance results on the University of Massachusetts’ construction projects are now at their highest level in UMBA’s history.
Maggie loves to travel and enjoys working in construction, to help expand work opportunities in a historically male dominated industry.
