I am an experienced political strategist, labor organizer and community leader with a demonstrated record of success in political strategy, organizing, issue and electoral campaign management. I am highly skilled at Nonprofit Organization Board Development, Public Affairs, Political and Grassroots Organizing, but the thing that makes my heart beat is leadership development.

My current body of work focuses on cultivating the talent of the next generation of labor, community and grass root organizers through the implementation of several modalities. I am a loud, proud champion of and advocate for social justice, and a voice for diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging in the workplace.
