Complex Problem Solving
Leaders face daily challenges with incomplete information. This course examines the climate jobs movement to solve organizational issues and understand legal systems, helping navigate conflicting goals and confusion in applying laws for effective change.
Data Savvy
Learn to identify quality data, find reliable sources, and detect misinterpretations. This course guides you in using data for internal evaluation and reporting, and creating impactful data visualizations to drive social change.
Advocacy Campaigns
Complete the program by learning to build advocacy campaigns. Focus on effective communication using data and case studies, and map key players in your area of influence to engage stakeholders effectively.
Capstone Project
Participants will apply key concepts and skills in their workplaces through a capstone project, working independently with an instructor as an adviser. The objective is to apply one or two tools to an issue of importance to their organization.
