Clinic: "Strategies for Problem Solving in Our Workplaces"

This half-day session will provide a space in which participants will work together to identify, scope, and brainstorm strategies to address workplace conflict through role plays and guided discussions. Role plays will highlight the critical breakdowns that occur during workplace conflict by emphasizing the strategies we may be missing in our problem-solving approaches.
