Wasontiiosta George

Wasontiiosta “Wass” George has been working for 5 years in the Medical Cannabis Industry with Medmen NY as a Cultivation Technician. She leads the Propagation Program, handling the care, health and production planning of mom stock plants, cloning, and vegetative plants.

Ms. George graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Conservation Biology and Ecology, as well as American Indian Studies. She spent 2 Years as an Environmental Assistant working for the Bureau of Reclamation, and 6 years as an Environmental Health Specialist for the Gila River Indian Community in Tribal Government. She also is in the process of applying for a NYS Cannabis License as a Social Equity Applicant for a Micro-Business License.
